Greetings from all of us on the Benchmark Gensuite Team! As we approach the close of a remarkable year, I wanted to take this opportunity to reflect on the milestones and achievements that have marked our journey in 2023, reaffirming our commitment to collaborative innovation and product excellence.  In April 2023, we celebrated a significant moment by re-branding to Benchmark Gensuite and welcoming a minority growth investment from Vista Equity Partners. This recognition of our mission to power safer, compliant, and sustainable operations worldwide through technology and subscriber services has already accelerated our vision, furthering our impact globally.

Through the course of this year, we prioritized AI, building on industry-first AI Advisor solutions like Potentially Serious Incident (PSI) AI, Describe-It AI, and Risk AI. Our groundbreaking Risk AI Advisor (previously Executive AI) monitors, identifies, and notifies of operational risks in real-time, transforming workplace safety through AI-driven insights and predictive intelligence. Stay tuned for an announcement about our AI – for EHS + Sustainability Collaboration Forum launching in January 2024!

We were honored with multiple awards throughout year 2023, reaffirming our industry leadership. Notable recognitions include our placement in the Gartner Market Guide for ESG Management & Reporting Software and multiple recognitions from Verdantix, including being named a Leader in three Green Quadrant reports; EHS Software, ESG Reporting & Data Management Software and Carbon Management Software. Other honors include AirLog, our cutting-edge GHG and air emissions management software, named Top Product of the Year in the E+E Leader Awards, and our Product Steward and Supplier Portal award win in the 2023 Top Supply Chain Products Awards. 

In September, we celebrated the grand opening of Benchmark Gensuite's new global headquarters in the Greater Cincinnati Area, OH, USA. This marks a milestone for our dedicated team members, providing the opportunity to collaborate in-person and better serve our customers locally, globally, and across diverse operating profiles. As part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship, we worked closely with our supplier partners to ensure the move was as environmentally responsible as possible.

The foundational accomplishments of 2023 have set the stage for an exciting and promising 2024. We are positioned to explore new horizons, innovate, and continue making a positive impact on digital EHS, Sustainability, Quality, Operational Risk, and ESG programs. I am excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to our continued journey of success, collaboration, and co-innovation in the upcoming year.
